Thank-you to all of our families who were able to attend our Fall Fair/Meet the Teacher Night. It was so nice to see everyone congregating in a joyful manner, "breaking bread", enjoying the activities, and talking with staff and students. The Dunk Tank was a real hit, students had the opportunity to "Dunk" administration and staff. Lots of fun!!!! A very special thank-you to Mrs. Oldfield and our wonderful Catholic School Council, for putting on this event. Thank-you to The Knights of Columbus and all of our staff, students and parents that volunteered their time to help out.
National Truth and Reconciliation Week
Truth and Reconciliation Week is an opportunity to bring together people from nations and cultures across the country to continue this reconciliation journey. In the week leading up to Sept. 30th, 2023, Orange Shirt Day, we will honour the children who were sent to residential schools and the many who never came home. Orange Shirt Day is an Indigenous-led grassroots commemorative day intended to raise awareness of the individual, family and community inter-generational impacts of residential schools, and to promote the concept of “Every Child Matters”. The orange shirt is a symbol of the stripping away of culture, freedom and self-esteem experienced by Indigenous children over generations.
St. Thomas the Apostle School will be celebrating Orange Shirt Day on Friday, Sept. 29th, 2023. Students may wear an orange shirt or a shirt that contains the colour orange. This will be a Full Civvies Day, students do not have to wear uniform pants this day.
Opening Mass
Please join us for our Opening Mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2023. Students will be boarding the bus from St. Thomas school at approx. 9:30am. Mass will begin at 10:30am. We look forward to joining Father Francis and our wonderful community once again at our beautiful Parish.

Pizza Days are Here Again!!!
Cash-on-line is open for term 1 pizza sales and it will close on September 29th. Late orders cannot be accepted. First pizza day will be Wednesday, October 5th.
School Spirit Wear Blitz
The last day to order School Spirt wear from our supplier JML Uniforms will be Saturday, Sept. 30th, 2023.
Unfortunately, STTH School Spirit Wear will only be available to purchase during our Spirit Wear Blitz Days. School Uniforms and Uniform Hoodies and crests will be available to order all year long.
The next School Spirit Wear Blitz will begin on November 24th, 2023, and end on Dec.8th, 2023.
Catholic School Council
Thank-you to all of the parents that came out and showed interest in being a part of our Catholic School Council this year. Please join us for our Council Meetings on the first Monday of every month. Council begins at 6:30pm.
